The Big Hercules Reunion 2026

The Village Hotel Swindon on Friday 9th October 6.30 for 7.15pm

Dress:     Suit/Jacket and tie - or female equivalent (short or long dress) 

Event:     Pre-drinks, 3-course dinner, lots of Herc related entertainment - late bar 

Cost:       £70 a head.  No payment required until the end of May - will remind everyone

Who:       All Herc flyers, sqn supporters, Herc GEs, 47AD - (you may invite partners but this is largely a stag/hen event)

Capacity:  230 max – Closer to the event, you can request a table with your friends

Accom*:    A special event B+B rate has been agreed with the hotel - £85 single, £95 double or twin.

* I have been advised that it is best, and easier, to book your accommodation directly with the hotel using the details below.
