Latest update from the Chariman - 17 Oct 25

Dear Members,

The Chairman, Tony Main, has recently sent us an update of some of the activity the 30 Sqn Association Committee have been up to. In it he has announced the date, and format, of the Reunion for 2026, and for 2027 - now that’s thinking ahead!

Also, Tony has updated us on the Meleme Memorial in Crete, and the refurbishment project currently underway. A special thanks goes to Phil Jones and Pete Gregory for their outstanding patience and resilience when dealing with the authorities out there!

Obviously, the refurbishment comes at a cost to the Association and he has asked for donations, no matter how small, to help pay for it. There may be some of us who have lost his original email so I have reproduced it under the ‘Member Only’ page. On that page you will find all the details you need to help with the refurbishment. A reminder, this page is password protected because of sensitive information published on it. I will write to members with the new password very shortly.
